Hamilton financial promised a loan, ganve me and LOI, and took my up front fee.  I provided all information, financials, tax returns, the works.  They had me get an $8000 appraisal that came in above where we needed and Hamilton Finacial, / or Aaron Price has gone silet.  My $8000 aapraisal is now expired while waiting for Aaron to get back to us with what else is needed.    Aaron has not returned 6 or more phone calls, nor has he responded back to any of my numberous emails.

Do not ever use them?
