Hamilton Finance Partners has charged around $30,000 in application and due diligence fees for several senior living projects and then disappeared when we were allegedly close to closing on several loans. The original contract was signed by Dashielle Vanterpool and then I worked with Kevin Bradley, James Adams, and Angela Price. Hamilton cuased us to spend money on appraisals and other fees and then disappeared. Hamilton promised it had relationships with insurance companies and lenders but then disappeared with no trace. I visited thier offices in Atlanta Georgia and it was just a shared office suite. Beware!
