Hamilton Finance Partners Aaron Price John Ness Scam for Due Dilligence Fees claiming to fund projects Atlanta Georgia

This group tried to bait myself and my partner in to facilitate a loan. They reviewed the project and immediately sent an LOI and requested $7700 for due dilligence fees. Nothing unusual so far........ Our group was prepared to wire the funds, and the broker continued to hound us asking if we were ready to proceed. We had not yet sent the funds when I came accross a similar report on this website which was a huge red flag for me. When I brought it to their attention, the broker defended HFP reasons for not funding this individual's deal. I then immediately found out that Hamilton had not funded anything this entire year, which they claimed to have done and have references. This is just a classic way to bait in individuals who need funding and collect due dilligence fees with no intention of funding their deal. I advise everyone to do their research before wasting their time and money with phony lenders.
