I am a victim of Hargrave And Associates, I was told by them that they would be able to remove all the negative remarks from my credit report.

I wasn't so sure about that due to me working for a credit company and knowing all the rules and procedures we have to follow, so I ask them some questions.

I ask them what type of action do they take to get the creditor to remove the remarks and I then stated to them that I work for a credit company and if all they are going to do is dispute the negative remarks,

we the people don't have to pay anyone to do that, the credit report companies dispute the claims for free, he then assure me no no no we don't dispute we have a lawyer that contact,

they creditors and get them to remove the negative remarks because it's against the law that any creditor report any negative remarks on your credit report.

He assure me that, that was the truth even when I ask numerous of questions and they had an answer for everything, after thinking they was legit I then paid them 500 dollars.

250 for me and 250 for my husband, I've called numerous of time each month to get a update or status on my report we heard the same thing over and over they are working on it and they should be finish the following month.

Never got a call or letter stating anything about my report status, I called about a month or two ago and the reps. are very rude one girl suppose to be a supervisor was very rude and was snappy and when I snappy back she,

stated to me my mother and then said I'm about to hang up on you. I called back and talk to another sup. and stated to her is these the type of people handling my credit report my ss#

my personal information she then assure me she would try to get to the bottom of it never heard from anyone, called a couple of weeks ago all contact information is gone can't get in touch with anyone.

I'm very upset and angry and I'm not going to let them get away with ripping off innocent people, 500 dollars is a lot and I can't afford to let that go down the drain.

Is there is any way that I could sue the company for the money I've lost, please if there is anything that you can help me with I would be more than grateful of your assistant.
