I have purchased from Harley twice. The first time it was COD, which came 2 months later. Now I've paid 122.00
USD for a package via Paypal and this dude, while keeping in contact with me, just continues to lie to my face. He's just a user who doesn't actually have a business. He just waits for people to buy his s**t and then steals theur money. C'mon Harley, stop being a c***. Do the right thing and send my products. F**k.

i say harley is not a rip off, i have made several orders from him and some have been messed up but he has corrected the problem once i have made my complaint immediately. it takes time in the business but give the guy a chance.
