If you are reading this you more then likely have been ripped off or scammed such as I have. I didn't see a report so I went ahead and started this so Harley Skyberg can stop scamming. You may just be the one to read this before you purchase.

At first Harley Skyberg was sending items as promised and doing fine with it. However, that is and has all changed. Now I must come forward to say that Harley Skyberg of azportaparty.com azfastflyers.com legalhighsaz.com LLC has stolen my money. 

Having issues with Credit Card companies Harley turned to Paypal.com, Moneypack, Money Orders, Western Union and COD's.

I sent him money Via Paypal and my product arrived COD. I refused the product. Never getting a refund from Paypal, I did not want to repay the charge.

He tells me that the refund will take place but to date hasn't. Then he asks me to go get a Moneypack so he can upload funds to his Credit Card account. At this point, I found it very odd of what was going on. Harley not knowing, I am a friend of one of his bigger clients which tells me that Harley is now scamming anyone he can to get as much money then he will be on the run.

One of his larger suppliers has already seen the trouble and is cutting him off as we speak.  If you have been a victim of this scam artist of recent, then please do follow up here with your story or let anyone else know that has been scammed that you may know.

Harley Skyberg will put you on hold and not answer you and then when he does, he uses his wife Jamie Skyberg as the excuse. Saying she was in a car wreck or maybe saying he was as well.

I was able to retrieve some of my money back but buyer beware. No matter how nice he seems, he is a scammer now.

He has your contact info, your credit card information and more. You are best to contact your card issuer and report it lost or stolen, call Paypal or file disputes for your money.

If you notice, his site, legalhighsaz.com went from a number of:

1-800-938-2637 (which is a bogus 800 number)

Then his address goes from:

Also he is well known for leaving 1 or 2 pieces from your order and not shipping them until you order again and oops, he then forgets another 1 to 2 pieces.

Will not answer your call or email anymore and if he does, it is very distant. Will not talk to you unless you want to pay a way that cannot be refunded.

Beware of your products. He unpacks his distributors packages from what I am told from one of them and repacks and seals with bogus product. This is dangerous as you have no idea what you are buying.
He will go from one site to another. Ripping off who he can then start over. This time he probably won't be using his name etc. Beware of nitefiredistribution as well. This is the name he was using when I sent my Paypal payment to him. nitefire.distribution@gmail.com

and I am sure there are many more excuses out there and I hope you will share your experience.

On his checkout page of his shopify account legalhighsaz.com you are told to enter credit card info. You are simply just sending him an email with all of your information even with CCV code that is forwarded to his Cell Phone and sits there.

He is also using Keywords in his meta tags of his site to refer to his competitors sites to snatch their clients.
Beware of legalhizeusa as well.

If you are a victim or waiting for a refund, product or anything, please do share your story so others will not be fooled from this point on.

 Eww! I have placed an order on this website http://shop.nitefirestore.com/main.sc which states that it is a secured site using PayPal to make the payment, the payment was take off and I never received my order, I also paid for express shipping on this order that I have yet to receive. I did use the contact us page that was provided on the website to send a message regarding my order and I did get a replay via email from Harley, which stated:

Les,

At checkout their is a memo that states, "Please allow 24-48 hours for processing." please read the procedures and policy section in the navigation menu. I have hundreds of customers and I know that you want your package as quickly as possible, But you have to be reasonable, and the more time I have to answer texts and emails is less time I have to pack and ship.I'm doing the best I can.

 Then I waited 48 hours after this message was recevied, to allow reasonable time to pack and ship my order, which again was to come express shipping. Nothing no shipping notice, no email regarding my order, no pakage and it just continued. Therefor I emailed back, nothing emailed two more times and yet no response or package received. I read this report and just couldn't believe it that I was scammed out of all that money. I sent another email stating that I had read this report and that will be contacting PayPal and failing a dispute to try and get a refund. This site is a joke! If I knew a way to report the website and have it shut down I would! If theres anyone that knows how to go about having a website reported or shut down or anything like that please respond. Anyway if this has happen to you let peole know, so it can be stoped for happening! My main comment would have to be f*cking bulls*it!

100% POSITIVE Experiences

I must say I am SEVERELY offended by the report located here. This individual has NEVER EVER given me ANYTHING but a 100% POSITIVE experience. I have dealt with the company in question for a SOLID year, sometimes ordering ONCE A WEEK, and he has FAITHFULLY provided me with ANY products I may have ordered. RARE mistakes have been made with the inclusion of a product, but this could be said of ANY online vendor. HOWEVER... more often than NOT I have ALWAYS received my packages in a timely manner, often times quicker than I expected. If I have EVER had a late or missing product, Harley has ALWAYS taken care of me with my next order. NOT ONLY THAT, but VERY FREQUENTLY, almost EVERY order, I have received FREE products. And I can say that I feel I have built a personal client-vendor relationship with this company over the course of time. So much that he will include "free samples" of products geared towards my personal preference, which he has learned over time. Let me repeat that... HE HAS LEARNED WHAT PRODUCTS I WOULD LIKE THROUGHOUT MY DEALINGS WITH HIM, AND WILL OFT TIMES SEND FREE SAMPLES BASED ON THIS! Anyone who could or would EVER slander his business, or attempt to hurt his reputation as a phenomenally hard working and over the top business man has NOT in fact been truly honest in their dealings with Harley. THIS BEING SAID, let me tell you about a PERSONAL shopping experience I had with him during a VERY difficult transitional time for his business.

I was placing an order over the phone with Harley. YES PERSONALLY SPEAKING WITH HIM ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Shortly after our conversation there was NO CONTACT from him for several days. Apparently he had damage occur to his phone which YES WAS his primary means of tracking information, if only speaking from my personal experiences with him. ANYWAYS, according to him the phone had permanently been damaged, and he had "lost" my order. Well, ya know what? He sent me an order BEFORE EVER PROCESSING A PAYMENT. Let me make this very clear so those who would otherwise skim through these can clearly see this:

HARLEY SKYBERG SENT ME AN ORDER DURING A DIFFICULT TRANSITIONAL TIME, NOT ONLY WITHOUT  A PAYMENT BUT ALSO UPGRADED MY PACKAGE TO PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST, ALL BY MEMORY, WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO COLLECT FOR IT!!!!!!! 

Now mind you, ME being the excellent customer I in fact am, I RESENT THE PAYMENT INFORMATION!!!!! I could have "scammed" him, but why would I EVER do that to someone who has on every occasion provided me with 100% GRADE-A TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY????

That being said, about a WEEK after receiving my products Harley was FINALLY able to once again process a payment. HOW MANY VENDORS WOULD EVER DO THAT? 

This individual, Harley Skyberg should NOT be named in this report NOR should there be ANYTHING relating to him EVER being ANY kind of con or scam IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER! HE HAS NEVER ONCE LET ME DOWN!!!!

Harley, I hope you're reading this, and hope you see what your TRUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS actually feel and say about you and by the way, let us know how you are doing!!!!!!!

I live in midwaest and have been dealing with harley for a number of months. I have had a late del. a day or 2 So what, Hes not allowed to sleep?

  I know him to be the hardest working man ive ever seen, i have no dought he gets 2,to 300 calls a day. i one who calls him alot. And i have had an order or 2 a few short, Big deal, his products are all top notch and i make money from his efforts to make some for himself and his family.

  I also have had many personal conversations late at night when it aint so hectic, Seems like a guy id hang out with anytime.. Treats me pretty good most of the time.. OH HOW many samples has he sent the guy that reports this nonsence? alot i bet, bet he sent extras when asked in a gentlemans way. He always sends me something extra I bet i been scamed out of 35,000 dollars in two years.......NONE of it by Harley Skyberg. Prices high You bet. Is he perfect ?  No  Only one man ever lived on this planet and lived a perfect life.. he died about 2000 yrs ago .

But harley  does the best he can with what god gave him .  Ill stick by him , cause i judge each man alone by his word and his reputation,, if i didnt think this needed to be said i wouldnt have did it took me 1 hr. im busy too. and tired and ive got some cash in my pockett THANKS to Harley...... Hey ya know what ...his order may be late again -- but i dont mind too much, lifes too short to hurt others and be unhappy .. i take it as it comes and do the best i can. I didnt lie ,cheat or steal today, and i didnt do anything yesterday i have to be ashamed of--- bet H. didnt either!!!

I have never had any problems with Harley until recently my orders are taking a little longer to arrive. It's understandable though with all the orders he has to send out, and now with this person hacking into his sites and e-mails. I have always received what I ordered and sometimes some extras . Harley has been nothing but honest with me and always texts me back, sometimes it takes a little while but I understand. Thanks Harley, I appreciate it.

I placed a couple of orders with legalhighaz and had nothing but great service and product. I ordered with paypal on my last order it was refused the owner refunded, my money gave me an explanation of he no longer excepted paypal. After reading all the goings on paypal must have dropped him he could have trash talked about the author of this post but he didn't.

It's hard enough to find good web stores and to be shut down on one person's complaint is WRONG!!! Hey bud thanks ALOT. Legalhighaz hope you can restore your reputation and open back up. Gl in the future and hope to find another site like yours out there in cyber space. You always treated me right and took the time to talk to me when I had a question.

I have only positive experiences from doing business with Harley. I do not know if there is some bad blood, competitor crap, or just a misunderstanding. I can say that Harley has delivered everytime! I can't judge any of the complaints here, all I can say is these complaints do not reflect my reality with regard to Harley. Update on order pt. 2

Apparently this site doesnt like Macs so I cant update my original post. Ill start yet another. After the minor meltdown and cant believe this s**t! period, Ive calmed down and have had my faith renewed in Mr. H-D Skyberg. My last post talked about an order paid for and then shipped COD. After talking to the owner, as stated in last post, we thought we had the situation resolved, hoped at least. It was just weird reading this (single) story and then slowly realizing some of the things were starting to happen to me. Paranoia perhaps? In the mail today I had a slip for a COD order and just about blew up, after examining more closely I noticed the amount was different than the order I paid for. I went back and checked my account info on the site and noticed I HAD placed an order on the 12th that WAS to go out COD. Itd been so long I forgot about it. I picked up the package and a nice hand written note included an extra bonus sample. He is behind and busy, I get it. I got nervous and Im sure many others did as well. It certainly doesnt help reading all this BS from some cracker getting revenge for being cut off. 

Im a grown up and I admit I reacted hastily, perhaps not to the extent of the original poster but hastily nonetheless. Being antsy about a package is normal, raging about slow delivery is another. Im taking the high road here and coming out to say, BE PATIENT. The man IS honest and DID do what he said he would. Again, faith has been renewed. Shop away. 
In closing, I can say in my many experiences with this site and personal conversations with its proprietor that I would and will continue to recommend him and his product to any interested. Im on the Right Coast and never met the man, but I trust him with my info and hard earned cash. Maybe not the kids just yet, but info and cash are safe with him. If I seem to be rambling those satisfied with him will understand, just got the mail. (wink, wink)

Update of order

Im trying to update a previous statement, this  is a s***** site and cant find anything so Ill wing it. Placed and payed for order on 19th of January. E-mail conformation of shipping from company on the 20th, another email conformation on the 23rd from Stamps.com WITH tracking number stating package would be here in 1-3 days. Great! 9 days later, no package. Emailed company, texted owner, no response from either. Maybe hes too busy?

I then copied and pasted the conformation number into usps site and status was COD!?! Now Im really pissed. Just like the original poster claimed. I called owner and he answered, explained what was going on and he told me package was right in front of him and ready to go out!?! What the f***? Asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes so he could figure this out. I obliged, what choice did I have? Two and a half hours later I tried to contact him. No answer, mailbox full. No return texts, nothing. I/we tried calling from a different phone, different area code, guess what? He answered right away. He said package was in the mail and apologized for the inconvenience.

I posted here defending this guy right away because Ive always been treated fairly by him and truly like him. Ive never given him a reason to cheat me or lie to me, Nor has he to I. Im really hoping this is all going to pass because Ive been really happy with service up to this point. Ive been told three times now that this particular package has been shipped. I will update if and when package is received. Until then I strongly encourage caution before sending any money without product in hand. Before someone comes back bad mouthing me, Im not a junky, not an addict, I work too hard for my money to be robbed, Im just pissed. I put my trust in someone and lately I feel betrayed. It doesnt help reading all the horror stories that seem to mimic my situation. If the demand was too overwhelming, orders should have been suspended until they caught up. Simple business policies. Again, I really hope to retract this whole rebuttal when my package arrives because he was/is a nice guy and does/did have a good thing going, Ill let yall know. Im giving it 3 days MAX. Its never taken any longer to get anything from there, when its actually mailed.

He continues to pile lies on top of lies because I banned him from my website for using stolen credit cards and costing me over $1000.  He even filed a complaint against me using Carrabba's Italian Restaraunt, If you read all the complaints they are copy and pasted, he is trying to slander me to lower my Google rating. I feel bad for him, he is in a dark place of deep addiction and no resources, he offered to retract everything if I sent him a $500 order for free, which I declined and am retaining a lawyer on Monday. To my repeat customers, you all know that I dont scam anyone. Poor guy.

Hello ...my name is Mike BROSKI........if Harley reads this he knows who i am....and knows i am a dedicated buyer of his products.......whats up BROSKI???Well i have been ordering from Harley for some time now.....and have never been ripped off or scammed....i just made an order on the 3rd of this month ...and it got sent back to him and he resent it to me......i ordered 286.00$ worth of stuff ...and yes i got ansy and ticked off ...but Harley did resend it to me the way i requested and i recieved it on January 16th....2013....with a few extra goodies and a personal hand written thank you note!!!!All i have to say is Harley is the most honest vendor i have ever used....and i have used few and tried many....and 90 percent of them are scammers!!!!!I remember the first time i ordered from Harley he actually answered the phone...i was blown away..a vendor that answers the phone?So to say he is a scammer is total bullsh*t!!!! You are the person he told me about......yes me and Harley have become good friends and i am very glad i met him......to dog his wife is shameless and something a crackhead would do..........also Harley has my credit card info on file and it has never been hit for more than what i order or ever been hit for no reason......meaning Harley has never stolen anything from me....yes sometimes it takes a little longer for my orders to get here than i like but Harley has proven to me he is super legit......and i will always stand by him and have his back!!!!!!If you are a new customer thinking about ordering from him do it......you will see ....just remember it may take a few days longer than you want....but be patient .........it will get to you for sure!!!!To my great friend Harley i love you broski...and keep doing your thing and making your true cutomers that know you happy!!!!!To the a*****e that is telling lies about him and stole from him........karma bus is coming for you man......it will get you one way or another it always does in life........i hope this helps everyone out that does not know Harley and is thinking about ordering from him for the first time........peace out yall,Mike BROSKI

My side of this "story"

First of all, after reading the first post it's obvious it was written by either an angry employee or someone too close to the source to be taken too seriously. Someone obviously has been/is being slighted, by his own actions or otherwise. Anyone involved with this business knows and can certainly verify that there are "bad apples", if you will, spoiling what little fun the responsible adults can still muster since the last group of irresponsible "junkies" nearly ruined for us. It's been a long hard road, but its whats expected when assholes are abound.
That said, I'll share my personal experience with said business.
In the beginning it sounded too good to be true. It couldn't possibly work this easy. Well, it did. It was simple, easy and very very fast. True, lately things have come to a slow grind, but, that's to be expected by a growing supply and demand business where the demand is much greater. I have never given or offered money for a product not received. (I have paid for order that has been shipped with conformation code. I will update on arrival, hopefully tomorrow.) Things haven't been as fast as I, or any other consumer would like them, but hey, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. That's the American way, you have a choice and I wholeheartedly suggest you exercise that right.
When I received an email regarding this from an unknown sender I was concerned as to why/how I was notified. My concern is that my email and god knows what else of mine is not private anymore. I thought the owner should know. I forward the original email along with my personal concerns to the owner. I am not an acquaintance of the owner and I've never met him in person. I am a customer, happy to this point with goods and services rendered. There are a lot of holes in the op's story, that's another reason I felt it necessary to forward to the owner. If the owners distributor is giving you info about said owners practices and ways, why are you going through a middle man? That's like being friends with Henry Ford and going to a dealer to pay their markup. Doesn't pass muster. I'm not buying it, what I am buying is that my information has been breached and for that I'm not happy. If in fact this is coming from a Chris S. you will be found and dealt with accordingly.
Again, my personal experience. For what it's worth.

banned addict takes out anger on business owner

First, I know the cowardly person who is behind this, the put a keylogger on my computer, planted a virus and hacked into my website,All of this because this person has used over $1,000 in stolen credit cards on my site and I started receiving chargebacks from the credit card companies and it wasn't too hard to figure out who this unemployed person is who has way too much time in the wee hrs of the morning, he also hacked my  paypal and stole over $3,000 and attempted to hack into my bank account, So to set the record straight, why don't you name the transaction ticket in question, how much money you lost, the date of the occurrance and if you received tampered merchandise CHRIS why wouldn't you mention it, I have never had an employee before, so your claim that I never paid an employee is ludacris and is going to cost you in a court of law. All my regulars know that is just me, so to falsify a claim by a "former employee' IS completely made up, I have pictures of my totaled Nissan Murano, I did indeed crashed while talking on the phone  with a customer, I have pictures of my new Ford Edge to validate my actions, I can provide proof, where all you can provide are creative lies. I have NEVER cheated anyone in the 2 1/2 years I've been doing this, because of this addict who has been banned from three other sites and for doing the same thing to them when they cut him off. I believe I was his last resort and when I banned him he sought out to tarnish my reputation which he has temporarily done and will face criminal charges for the crimes he has committed including identity theft, computer fraud and slander and libel. Finally anyone who is skeptical now, place a small order, choose however you want to pay and let the results speak for themselves, this person has posted rants claiming to be several other people bashing me and my company. If he was so honest, why is he sending emails from other peoples IP address, I have a loyal base who knows and trusts me, I will survive a few lies because i have deep roots, and I love my job, Its sad one person wants to ruin it for 2,000 other people, You should be ashamed of yourself, to bring my wife into this when she has no affiliation, so buddy I recommend a little mental health counseling and some rehab CHRIS SHIFLET. Look under a rock, you might find a life.

So we now have Harley's excuse to this report being filed. After numerous calls, text, facebook messages, google+ messages and emails for almost 2 weeks now, it takes a ripoff report to get him to answer.

 Many of you may have got an email today from what appears to be a customer who was "scammed" by my company, and I feel it's only right to defend myself from such blatent lies, First, those of you who are repeat customers know that I am not a scammer or a "rip-off" company. You have always received your orders and most of the time quicker then expected. This person hacked into my website, and sent several emails pretending to be someone they're not, if fact I know the culprit and the proper authorities have been notified. They spent over $1,000 dollars in stolen credit cards through self checkout, when the credit card companies started charging me back for their purchased it became extremely clear who was behind this. I notified them i was aware of their fraudulent activitiers and they are no loinger allowed to use my services. As it turns out I was really their last resort because they have done the same thing to other online vendors and been banned from their sites as well.  So they felt it necessary to spread horrible lies about myself and my company. in 2 1/2 years that I have been doing this have I once ripped anyone off. I take pride in my honest service, fair prices, and outstanding products.  I work in excess of 120hrs a week to keep this operation going. I work 7 days a week, every month, out of all the years, being a sole proprietorship I have never had an employee, honestly in the last two months I have gone from 200 regular customers to almost 1500 repeat customers, this is why many of you have seen a delay in some of the shipping. This has called for the need of more help, so starting Monday, my first empoyee starts working. This will help return things to normal, more calls will be answered, more emails returned, and quicker delivery times.  If you have tried getting a hold of me lately its been increasingly more difficult, that is because of the shear amount of inquiries I get everyday, to give you an idea, 500 emails, 400 text messages, 100 phone calls. It has been a little overwhelming and I have never ignored someone or alienated them, its always because Im assisting another customer. So as the emails go, please diregard them, chalk them up to an addict who can no longer get their fix anywhere else and has too much unemployed time to hack  into someones account and fraudenly lie about someone who works very hard to bring these products and services to you. To my many loyal customers, I send out a special heartfelt thank you for your repeat business and I enjoy getting to meet and talk to you all. Providing great customer service is my number one goal, I know it seems to have waned a little here recently, but give it another week and the service you are accustomed to will once again be restored. To many first time buyers, rest assured that I am one of the few vendors left who is honest, will
provide you with top quality products, and hopefully turn you into fans too. So I apologize this person was given the platform to make up stories because they were disgruntled, they never revealed their identity or made reference to any specific incident, instead they looked to tarnish my reputation in the industry, but I have deep roots and am as resillient as anyone you have ever met, I will continue to do my best
for each and everyone of you who reward me with you patronage. Again, thank you for shopping with me and keeping the movement alive, i owe you everything and wish all of you the very best.

First, I am not someone any of the above.  Nobody hacked any website or did I ever use any stolen credit cards. I have known Harley for almost a year now. Back when he put up his Azportaparty site which now looks exactly like the new www.lowpricedincense.com site that you are only allowed at if you have been invited.
This is similar to August of 2012 when only us good folks were privileged to goto http://www.authpro.com/auth/harleyskyberg

As for the consumer that posted from Dover. I will hit a few points here and there for you as I just type.  I have been around and back with Harley. I've watched him go through many credit card processors, accidents, wife accidents, hacking, blame game yada yada yada...
I am glad that you received your product COD today. A few people have but there are still a ton of people that have not received refunds or products. Will they post here? Not sure. That is up to them to do if they want to. I am only posting my experience in what to watch for. "Buyer Beware".

Your point about why I received COD makes no sense. Why would someone pay hundreds or thousands for the product that was already paid for but being held by Paypal. No, I didn't raise any red flags as I wouldn't want my money to be locked up.
The bad thing is, after speaking with Paypal, they have also informed Harley that all he has to do is send them an email with the transaction ID saying to refund me and the other customers still waiting for a refund. Anyone in their right mind would never pay COD or Moneypack etc and get hit with a double charge in hopes the money will be refunded.

As for using the Facebook and his other half being a part of it, that is Harleys fault. Last year he sent out an email blast to all of his customers asking them to join that particular FB for specific exclusive deals.  Sent out on 8/10/2012 as well as sending Friends Request to everyone from FB itself.

In regards to Moneypack, yes, that is better as a consumer since we are purchasing illegal material and you do not want to be tracked. But it is bad when it comes to not having to ship products because there is basically nothing you can do for a chargeback or protect your funds. So Harley can sit on your money for weeks without responding to any messages you send. Then comes up with "Oh, my wife had a bad accident". The bad part about this is, you seem very knowledgeable about wanting to be secure, but do you think for one minute that if the Feds were to take this man down, that your information isn't just sitting in pictures on his FB, Google+, Emails carelessly sitting open while employees that he has shafted have access too?  He promised a gentleman just a month ago that he will pay him for answering calls, faxing etc. This person went out of their way to do so then was ignored after putting out money to help Harley.

Don't get me wrong. I was once like you were. I trusted this person and would have stuck beside him through thick and thin just as you are. But I know with time, the people that get shafted with no product and no refunds are going to be the ones that he will do away with such as he has already started.  This new "Employee" starting Monday is a lie. There is no such person.

I have been a very patient person. You have no idea who I am and only listening to what Harley is telling you. That is fine.  I have been scammed. This isn't my first run in with Harley. How many of you can honestly sit here and read this and think in the back of your mind, uhoh.
Did you hear from Harley up until this Ripoff report came out? Some may have, but most have not.
Did you receive your product? Did you try to email, text and call Harley for 1-2 weeks now without any responses?  If you did receive a response, it was probably a very small and confusing one. Now you probably get long emails about why this post is here or how he is swamped or works numerous hours.

Again, this post is new. I will be awaiting to see if he can make a huge comeback to redeem himself or if he will just go down in history. If I didn't post this, it would have gotten worse.

Everyone that you give your CC info to I would say holds it in a database where it isn't accessible to well known scammers and drug dealers. If you read this and still today send him your CC info via Email, Website or Text then I would just consider it that you need a fix badly and will do whatever you need to get it.

As for the phone and address changes. It is all for a good reason. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.  Why is it my concern that he uses a Phoenix address then randomly puts a North Dakota address? Well because I have a lot of money just sitting in his account and would like to have it back. I have asked nicely. So therefore, one only wants to know where their money is going.

I am glad you were sent extra product. Possibly ask Harley was it the 2 that he shafted from another gentleman just a week ago. Or maybe it was the person that ordered 5 of $49.99 product and gets the 5 of $21.99 products.

Nitefiredistribution may appear to you to be a new name to satisfy Paypal but to me it appears to be a new identity to get away from the people that will eventually understand why this post exist.

I am not here to provide you with "Top Secret" information, I am here to just post the known information that may be needed for someone else.  As for the pictures that you are referring too, that isn't the only place they are kept and I won't post the other due to CC information, Orders, Phone Numbers and Addresses being there.

The remark about how I paid for anything. That is not in question. It's about being scammed out of money and not receiving anything. Harley can throw excuses about me being someone that steals credit cards and used them to buy his products while he blocks and bans me. But it again is just another poor excuse. He talks a lot and lies and tells some customers different stories that I have been in contact with now. Stick to one story.
There are many other sites out there where any of his customers can go. Anyone that is "black listed" from Harley can just use the site engines. Harley orders most of his products from other sites anyway. Just a few minutes of good research and you can find these as well.  Maybe even save yourself a little cash and trouble of having your information sitting around when Harley could possibly run or get busted.

You are right about things falling apart. When Harley loses almost $20K in the past 3-4 months, things have to change. But robbing Peter to give to Paul isn't the answer.
Taking thousands of dollars from one person and sending them bogus product, leaving out product, not sending product at all or just running away from the situation isn't the answer.

A lot of money is still owed to many customers. His lack of communication saying he receives 400 Emails and hundreds of Text etc. As a matter of fact, if it is that many(Now), it is repeated pissed off customers that are constantly asking for Tracking, Product, Refunds or something.

No scams -My experience

 It sounds like youve had a terrible experience.  Im not here to argue, or trash you.  Im aware of almost everything that you spoke of.  However, your take is much different than mine.  My first order with Harley was on 8/24/12. 

I picked up my COD package today (second this week) at the Post Office.  Both times, our long-time office workers had no idea how to process the COD in entirety (money order, return env., fees included etc.)  After leaving, I thought about what the Post would see if they googled the return address, AZFastFlyers.  Upon my arrival home, I googled it.  -So ..I didnt read THIS report because I more then likely have been ripped off or scammed  So there goes a couple of hours of my Saturday.

In order to avoid confusion, I will post my take in Bold italics, as a response to your take in quotes.

At first Harley Skyberg was sending items as promised and doing fine with it. However, that is and has all changed  This is accurate.  However, how long was your at first?  For a month, there have been hiccups.  The turn to PayPal was a short-lived thing.  Unfortunately, PayPal is very picky/particular/speculative (for lack of better words).  All it takes is one flag.  Especially for a new account, to stop EVERYTHING.  After someone (you perhaps?) raises that flag, all transactions stop and hang out in PayPal space until things are resolved -or forever, whichever comes first.

I sent him money Via Paypal and my product arrived COD. I refused the product. Never getting a refund from Paypal, I did not want to repay the charge.  As to why you received it COD without it being communicated, I cannot answer that.  That has not happened to me.  As to refund issue from PayPal, see above.

He tells me that the refund will take place but to date hasn't. Then he asks me to go get a Moneypack so he can upload funds to his Credit Card account.  As to the refund taking place, see two paragraphs above.  As to the Moneypack This is money that you would put on a card, give him the number, he is paid.  Thats all.  At the beginning of your report, you said Having issues with Credit Card.. etc.  That would imply that you ordered that way prior to PayPal.  Moneypack is a pre-paid account.  As a consumer, security-wise, this is much better than a credit card.  Put the exact amount on the account.  Thats it.  There isnt any other money for Harley to scam out of you.   

Money orders, CODs, Western Union.  I applaud the effort that Harley has made.  Credit cards arent an option for now.  Got it.  So it looks like he has tried to accept EVERY other possible payment (except personal check.  Nobody takes those).  It appears he wants to keep his business, and his loyal customers.  Being a longtime, trusting customer I would send a money order, or use Western Union if I needed to place an order.  That being said, I have not done that.  COD works fine.

At this point, I found it very odd of what was going on  Why?  Having a close friend tell you that Harley will scam you, doesnt mean he has scammed you.  In fact, you havent been scammed.  You also havent been patient. 

If you have been a victim of this scam artist of recent  My posting being after yours, and receiving an order today, it goes to say that I wasnt scammed.  Looks like the recent has just changed.

Harley Skyberg will put you on hold and not answer you and then when he does, he uses his wife Jamie Skyberg as the excuse. Saying she was in a car wreck or maybe saying he was as well.  I communicate via email.  I cannot comment on being on hold, or no answer.  I have an issue with you using her name here, as if it were her causing your strife.  The exuding bitterness is greater and greater as your post goes on.

He has your contact info, your credit card information and more. You are best to contact your card issuer and report it lost or stolen, call Paypal or file disputes for your money.  You are correct.  He has my card info and more.  This is because I gave it to him.  In addition to him, there are another hundred retail sites/stores/companies that have my same info.  They wouldnt have it if I didnt trust them.  Please do not imply that everyones money will now be stolen.  Yours wasnt.  Why will mine?

Phone numbers- In August, there was an 800 number that wasnt bogus.  Being so long, a cannot confirm that that is the same number.  The other numbers?  Never mind, you didnt indicate a problem with them. 

Then his address goes from:4950 E VAN BUREN ST #133. PHOENIX, AZ 85008 (Home address)
to po box 29454 Fargo, North Dakota (Not his PO Box)  First address is correct (but your statement implies he has a business address.  You have not provided that).  Second address-  New.  I dont know what it is.  As of now, it isnt of my concern.  When did it become yours?  I have a feeling that a lot of recent changes are because of known flags/regulations.  If so, again, I applaud Harleys efforts.  He has to wiggle around to keep his business profitable, and ME happy.  -Thank god

Facebook/twitter  Thanks, but that info isnt top secret.  On his sites. 

Also he is well known for leaving 1 or 2 pieces from your order and not shipping them until you order again and oops, he then forgets another 1 to 2 pieces.  That sucks.  Its never happened to me.  In fact, in response to my loyalty, and patience, I found two extra products in my shipment on Tuesday (unfortunately, I probably wont put these to use.  I have other preferences.  Since you appear to be having difficulty, maybe I should send to you?  For free?).  These were not sample sizes.  I was not charged.  Today, I had one extra when I picked it up.  (This one is more my thing, and is pretty sweet!)

Will not answer your call or email anymore and if he does, it is very distant. Will not talk to you unless you want to pay a way that cannot be refunded.  Responses have been more sporadic, but havent been an issue for me.  As for the refund, this all started because of the PayPal issue.  See many paragraphs above.  There isnt a payment method out there that guarantees a refund.  You can dispute charges on cards etc.  You still havent been scammed.

Beware of your products. He unpacks his distributors packages from what I am told from one of them and repacks and seals with bogus product.  I havent had any issues.  It appears you havent either though. 

Beware of nitefiredistribution as well. This is the name he was using when I sent my Paypal payment to him.  I cannot confirm, but it appears this is a new name to satisfy PayPal requirements in order to continue business.  But its not top secret, as you seem to think.  Its on one of his sites.

He also has several other types of emails :harley.skyberg@hotmail.com,  harleyl.skyberg@ymail.com legalhighsaz@hotmail.com, Harley@arizonaportaparty.com. I myself have three email addresses.  I dont think the last one has been active for a while.  Either way, you are not providing top secret info.  This can be found everywhere.

As you can see from his pictures, your information is not safe as he has people contact info, tracking and more he has uploaded and the world can see this.  Accurate.  Not okay.  Dont have an explanation, but can say that it isnt a complete customer list.  You probably wouldnt have mentioned it if you were on the list.  Im sure that others are thrilled that you pointed it out. 

Things to be suspicious about. Using his wife in a car accident to postpone your order.  Ive taken note.  I will be suspicious if his wife is in more than one accident that results in postponement of my order.  But that is common sense right? 

Things to be suspicious about.

CODS  Why?  I dont pay unless I receive an order.  Clearly the best way to avoid being scammed.  Its not ideal though.  Its a pain.

Western Union  Why?  No worries when COD is available. 

Paypal  Weve already established how someone (you?) screwed that up.

Money Order  Why?  This is the method I use for COD.  See above.

Moneypack uploads  Why?  No worries.  COD until credit cards can be used.  It is not a secret that he cannot take credit cards.  Ill touch on this again I applaud Harley for trying to give us options once he lost the ability to take credit cards.  This isnt a cut and dry business.  You cannot expect it to be EBAY.  Wiggle room is a must.

On his checkout page of his shopify account legalhighsaz.com you are told to enter credit card info. You are simply just sending him an email with all of your information even with CCV code that is forwarded to his Cell Phone and sits there.  Accurate.  This should be updated.  However, it shouldnt be a problem if you read the first page.  The one that explains how to pay for your order?  It appears that you decided to just see if the card option would -all of a sudden- work? 

Beware of legalhizeusa as well.  This belongs in another report.  Nothing here that Ive seen, or would order.  Not even in the USA.

In my opinion (strictly opinion) things started falling apart with the sudden loss of credit card processing.  Harley is losing money, customers are antsy (myself included), then pissed.  It looks like the quickest way to keep things moving was to hurry up and update the first page of all sites, and wing it.  While you see this as a scam, I see it as a sucky situation to figure out on the fly.

What I have learned in a nutshell-   It takes longer than it used to to get an order.  Dont wait until you run out of product, then flip out when you dont get a response in two seconds.  It sucks to come down and wonder what to do.  Order 1 week before you run out of product.
 

*Being angry and disapointed is not the same as being scammed.  Hell, sounds like a sucky experience from your point of view.  :)

A method of scamming is to hide and do it somewhere else but to cover tracks previously used. This way he can run with money and not ship items. Unfortunately this cover has been blown. Harley Skyberg has acquired www.lowpricedincense.com

If you received an email today just randomly then your info and personal information is available to anyone.

None of us had problems until now. Harley owes salaries to employees, refunds and product to customers. Excuses and lack of communication is key.
