 I have ordered from Harley many times, everytime I get ripped off! He moves around alot, po boxes in Cali and Washington! I get b******* notes in each package saying he doesn't have all the product, our due to worldwide shortage bs. There is no worldwide shortage of product! He's just a horrible businessman. He uses his own product and has become messed up! He rips off his best customers from the research I've found. His products are inconsistent due to the fact that he can't get good product. Customers complaining left and right! I've noticed when I do get the product it's the same thing just different packaging. His product is unsafe and s***! Don't buy from Harley Skyberg or Wickedherbals.guru he's a complete scam! You will not get what you asked for, don't ever ask for overnight shipping either you will never get it!
