I went through this company to get my select comfort sleep number bed. Even though I sent the bed back within the 30 day free trial. They still wanted me to pay for the bed because of the billing process. It takes a month or more for them to get the cancel notice from select comfort!! So I was supposed to paying them for a bed that I did not even have because they could not get the paper work around for a month of more. I called and talk to several people including supervisors and got no where. They kept sending bills and the fees started to pile up. Neither hc processing or select comfort would do anything to help me. So to no avail my husband sent the 200 dollars just to ened this ordeal for a bed I did not even have for 30 days!!!

HC processing center There over charged interest is why to high I’m being charge $74.00 a month and the interest 52% which I think it’s a rip off I’ll never get the card payed off. HC Processing is over charge they never told me how high my payment will be and only 20.00 going towards my help card Sandy City Utah

The Help Card/ HC Processing This company has really screwed us on our Sleep Number bed! We found all this out little too late though. I was sending more than the pmt and the balance was never decreasing. The compant told me that my acct would be paid off oneday and thats exactly what they said to me. When we purchased the bed I was told that our acct would be paid off in 36 months and that wasnt nothing but a lie!! Tulsa Oklahoma
