Helmets, Etc. Inc. I've been scamed by Helmets Etc Orange Port Florida

I placed an order with helmets etc on or about july 17. After about a week I sent an email checking on my order, No response, Reading there website it states that some orders would be shipped the following week so I waited, Nothing, I send another email, then another, then another now letting them know how displeased i am. " Lynette " sends me an email stating that the Big German helmet is in high demand and they can't keep them in stock and that they are expecting a shipment tomorrow and that they will send my order out with a comfirmation email to inform me that my order is on it's way. That was last week and still no comfirmation and I continue to to email to no avail, My last email to them was asking them to cancel my order, Refund my money Hoping someone would answer... They didn't. I've called by phone mailbox is always full I believe this companys intent is to just scam money from people making honest purchases. All I want is to get my money back or my Helmet.
