Helmets, Etc Inc Ordered Helmets, paid for, never received, no response from the Company Port Orange Florida

On Tuesday, July 21st I ordered two Carbon Fiber Helmets from Helmets, Etc on line at Helmetsetc.com totaling $119.00. Our bank account was charged the next day. Per the website, the order was to be shipped the day after the order was placed. Well, I placed the order around 11:30pm Tuesday night so I figured it would be shipped on Thursday. According to the websites UPS map we should have received our order in about 3 days. That was over 2 weeks ago now. I have tried to call the company and I either get a busy signal or no one answers during the business hours and then I'm promted that the voicemail is full and I can not leave a message. I have tried to email the company at orders@helmetsetc.com and Mark@helmetsetc.com. I have not received a response from either email address. The only communication that I have received from this company is an initial email stating that my order was received...I have not gotten an email since stating that my order was shipped or what my tracking number is. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If anyone has had this happen to you by this company and has gotten some type of resolution, please let me know how you went about it. All I want is either my product or my money back.
