I ordered a set of leather saddlebags for a Christmas present for my brother. I received a conformation E-mail with the item number and an order I.D. number
After a couple of weeks I e-mailed the address on the confirmation letter about a tracking number, 3 days later no response.
A couple of e-mails later with no response I started to look on the web and came across several complaints going all the way back to at least 2006.
Why can't the over seers of the web close down the site?
