It started out as a great relationship with this office and deteriorated as time went on. I had trouble reaching the case manager with numerous calls. I had VA deadlines to meet and some questions. I was basically put on the back burner. I finally reached the point where I asked to speak to an attorney. I stated what had happened and received a call back from my original attorney. She stated that I had upset her case manager and they were releasing me from their services. I explained I could not have done that because my complaint was to the attorney. All calls are recorded anyway so I told her the case managers claim was false and to check the recording. She did not seem to care to do so. I asked if they wanted to repair the damage and she was not interested in that either. In short, they talk a good game but seem to ignore you once you sign on. I would use caution in dealing with this firm.
