Back in April Careerbuilder.com took my resume information off their site because I was recieving scam/fraud companies job offers and other unscrupulous companies job offers. They said it would be a week or so and offers should stop coming which most of it did , by end of July I was still getting one or two here and there and reporting to careerbuilder.com fraud site and other Consumer fraud agencies they were investigating them and helping me stop most of them. Then on August 3rd or 4th, 2008 I recieved an email from HiringMax saying they would still post my resume information (I was furious and scared how did they get my information) so I sent back an email asking how did they get my resume information because I only filled it out on one site? Fred Omivdar answered with careerbuilder.com sent it to him and he was here to help me , so I emailed back and said careerbuilder.com said they don't send peoples information out and I am reporting this to FTC, Criminal Justice Dept and numerous other fraud reporting agnecy and websites plus I saw Ripoff Reports complaints on him. He responds by first saying "Take it easy Tiger" careerbuilder sent me your inofrmation and that Ripoff Report post false complaints and is being investigated by the FTC.
His email contained a website that had more misspelled words and names of who their claiming false complaints against, it looked so mickey mouse that I couldn't stop laughing.
Then I answered back to Fred that I hope FTC investigates because there are so many scam / fraud and misleading companies on ripoff report, that maybe they will shut down these companies that are unscrupulously working as a legitimate company like they claim and why is your 4000 people you helped so low and I am not your "Tiger". His answer was so defense and saying why are you so mad and did you read the website and I didn't mean for "Tiger response" to be a bad thing(I also told him a response to anybody by saying "TIGER" is not a proper response in any manner), like I am one of his people that he can brainwash to believe him.
I have done far more checking on scam/fraud and misleading companies since signing up with careerbuilder.com and with my work experience I can sense a misleading person trying to make you believe him about whatever he says is always right. I have never met Fred Omivdar but by his email responses I feel I know his tactics well enough to know to stay away , so I sent the emails to the correct authorities which has an investigation going on now about careerbuilder.com job offers from scam/fraud/misleading companies being sent out to my email.
Now for the last few days since HiringMax Freds' email on posting my resume I have started to recieve job offers again from scam/fraud/misleading companies (most are out of country companies looking for US representatives to cash checks keep 10% and send them the rest of the money out of country which I have forwarded to proper authorities) and I emailed it to HiringMax complaining about how Fred Omivdar suppossedly got my resume information and to make sure my resume information was taken off their site because I am recieving emails like this one from scam/ fraud and misleading companies. The email I recieved back came from Fred Omivdar who I suspect is the owner of HiringMax now and said they are not a scam and to stop falsly damaging their name it won't help me now, which I never did accuse them of being a scam but that since Fred Omivdar posted my resume information I started recieving scam/fraud company emails again and to make sure my information was off their site because I don't trust Fred Omivdar after careerbuilder said they don't give out information and my resume was taken off back in Apriil.
I just forwarded his email to authorities investigating how companies are getting my information when careerbuilder.com says it doesn't give it out and showed his previous emails to help them get to the truth of who is passing around my resume information. By these previous complaints I agree with them about Fred Omivdar and his HiringMax procedures of getting resume information and posting it around , NOW I JUST WONDER WHAT AND WHO HE SENT MY INFORMATION TO AND WHAT WAS SAID IN IT.

HiringMaxs website was created in 8-25-2006 which is probably when Fred Omidvar opened up HiringMax but he claims he's been a motivational speaker for 11 years , with misspelled/mispronounced words what kind of motivational speaking was he doing and where because there is no record of him being a speaker for any other company anywhere. Plus if he's spoken to 25,000 people in 11 years then why did only 4000 people get Jobs? What happened to the other 21,000 people?
I actually put in a complaint to LABBB on HiringMax Fred Omidvar and asked for HiringMax if they were legitimate they would join BBB , but Fred didn't put any owner down, miswrote address and put his cell phone number and home fax number down so anyone checking on HioringMax it would go to his house so if any complaints were to come over non of his employees could see what is really going on. Plus if he wasn't the owner then why would Freds' cell number and fax number be on the HiringMax site in LABBB? LABBB has Hiringmax as a C rating and my complaint is pending for 14 days so theres no complaints against them yet so company #100071686 or enter HiringMax in company search and start sending complaints against this unscrupulous Fred Omidavr at his company HiringMax. I know BBB report won't do anything for us but with alot of complaints the rating would go down hopefully to an F if we all fill out complaint form.
