single mom with speacial needs child invests 3000 thousand for a web site

hit web also known as herritage web design  ripped me off

got a lousy design after 6 months a run around to try and get a refund which they are not going to give me and they want another 300 hundred to continue on a project thats a complete embarrassment and nothing i asked for.

 

 please someone help me
