Home Affordable Direct was representing me against Wells Fargo Mortgage company, for the first three months I was working with a Representative name Paul Glennon. I gave this company $1,500.00 up front before they would start my modification. I found out that this company made my mortgage payments higher than what they were when I started the whole Loan Modification Program with this Home Affordable Direct Modification Program.  I was paying for my mortgage $1,122.00 per month. Then my job shut down for four weeks in October 2013. I need another loan modification so I spoke to Mr. John Anthony who said I quailfy for a new loan modification.

After going back and fourth with my personnal information of paperwork to Home Affordable Direct from February 25, 2014 to July 22, 2014. I found out that I was now to pay a highwer modification of $1,211.00.  No one in the Home Affordable Direct  would send me any paperwork that would prove that I was approved for the loan modification from Wells Fargo.  I have been calling Mr. John Anthony each and every day before August 1 due to he stated that my payment had to be in Wells Fargo office by August 1.  This compny never gave me an address nor did I receive any paperwork from Wells Fargo stating that I have been approved for a new loan modification.  Two weeks went by and I kept calling Home Affordable Direct never toget the recepionist like this company had in the beginning. Now when I call the (631) 393-6300 which is Home Affordable Direct now I recieve an automated message stating the name of the company is now Clare Soultion Direct.  This is definitely a Ripoff Company name Home Affordable Direct.

Today is Friday, August 15, 2014, I called Mr. John Anthony today on his cellphone which he answers if he does not know the number. I asked him where is the email that he has been sending me since July 21, 2014 regarding my approval letter from Wells Fargo and the address where I am to make the payments.  Still to this day I have not received an email from this gentlemen. All I want is my $1,500.00 back from this company and for them to be put in jail for scamming innocent people trying to get help with there mortgage payments.
