Home Rescue Program Promised a Loan modification then disappeared, Marina Del Rey , California

I was looking for a solution for a loan modifcation. I was contacted by home rescues program after looking one a few internet websites. a gentleman named Zar, was my main contact and then after about two months he left the company. My loan consultant Karla Bonilla contacted me after trying to get in contact with Zar. I sent them all the information they needed, including SS#, bank statements, my mortgage statements, everything and then I didnt hear from them for two months. Finally get an email stating the company went out of business. What about the $2,500 I sent for my loan modifaction. I want to know if anyone is getting an attorney and I would be more than willing to join your case. I can't imagine how many people this company has taken advantage of, and we deserve compensation.
