Ordered bedroom furniture in October. Their 'sales rep' Crystal said 6 to 8 weeks delivery. Two weeks later I decided to bring up their EBay store to check colors for lamps I intended to match the bedroom set - EBays says "sorry store is closed". Repeated calls and emails met with no response.
After harrassing them for four days with threatened legal action, what do you know an email! Looked and sounded like it was written by a three year old. They told me my 5000 dollars would be refunded in 30 days.
That was five weeks ago, I have yet to see it. And these idiots still have a website taking orders!

Finally got my refund, two months to the day from ordering. Not sure if it was a refund from Hometown Wholesale Scammers or a charge back from my credit card company. Either way this particular nightmare seems to be at an end.
