Hometown Wholesale Furniture ripoff Sherman Texas

I ordered furniture from Hometown Wholesale Furniture in Sherman, Texas in October and was told that they would deliver it to me within 1-2 weeks. Here it is - the end of December and still no furniture. Granted, they only got me for $130.00 but it was my hard-earned money and I want it back. I have contacted the store by phone and have made several trips to the store in Sherman, Texas, all to no avail. The manager has always "just stepped out." I am a paralegal in Sherman, Texas and am planning on filing suit against this company under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which outlaws this kind of behavior by companies in the State of Texas. In fact, I could be entitled to treble (three times) my actual damages according to D.T.P.A. law.
