Household Bank ripoff charges $99 per year to use credit card ($29-39 norm) plus fraudulent monthly charges Salinas California

I was surprised to find a Household Bank charge card in the mail, after a few months I had a cat that needed to be fixed, used the charge card and immediately got a bill for the cat and $99 to use the card for a year. I sent the money immediately with all the charges, minus the $99, cut up the card, included it in a letter that I didn't need their charge card that bad.

I don't answer my home phone anymore because of the intimidation and arguing tactics from agents that call

Since then, they've been accruing late charges and on a $300 limit card with a zero balance, they've been assessing overlimit fees.
