*Consumer Comment: And Your Question Is???
I was notified that I would receive a summons tomorrow if I didn't pay off this Household Credit Card Debt. Never received any correspondence from them! They were also going to go after me for Bank Fraud. Had card from 2002 and paid on it til 2009 when our income was cut by 2/3rds. They wanted $100/month when I live on $1000/month to pay my bills, meds, rent, heat, water, electric and food that leaves me with not much of anything. They would settle for $500. Did it, but don't know if I should have. Borrowed from my son.
