HSBC Mortgage Services ripoff Carol Stream Illinois

We had been financed by another mortgage company and found out later that they sold us off to HSBC Mortgage Services.


We have been with HSBC for just a little over a year now and shortly after they took over our mortgage they kept sending notices that we are late with our mortgage payments, this has been going on now for right at a year.

About 2-3 months ago they sent me a letter stating that we didn't have insurance on our home, I had my insurance company to send a fax of our insurance policy.

Well here we are and it's almost June of 2006, they are still saying that we are behind on payments and I get 2 notices in the mail, the first one stating that we don't have fire insurance and the other notice saying that we didn't pay our taxes on the home.

I'm going to send what I have to send to them but I wait and wonder what their next move is going to be on us, I don't know where they get these incompentent people from but they did send us the paperwork on how they know that we are messing payments.

Lord only knows how they can even read through the mess that they have, even a lawyer couldn't read this stuff. I found out today that there is nothing that can be done to them, we will have to wait for them to try and kick us out of our home before something is done and I wonder about it at that time.
