HSBC - RETAIL SERVICES Bowflex They are trying to say that I was late on a payment and I never have been. They held back one of my checks and said that I was late.. carol stream, Illinois

I bought a bowflex in november of 2007.In february of 2008 they said that I missed a payment. I went to the bank and had them print out copies of my checks that went through and faxed them to bowflex and they sent me a letter saying that they were sorry and that they would straighten it out. Then they claimed that I was late ; I send my bill off at the last day of the month before so that it will come out of my account the 6th or 7th of each month. I proved to them that I have never been late. So then they call me and tell me that they jacked up my percentage rate so I owe them more money(which is illegal) because I have never been late. Last month (nov) I sent them a check and they never put it through so that they could say that I never paid my payment. THEY DO NOT SEND YOUR CHECKS BACK TO THE BANK. I also sent a mean letter with my check so they probably figured that they will get me. I have had several surgeries on my neck and back and cant use it anyways.  I was praying that I would get better so that I could use it.

They called me everyday at least four times and I cant sit on the phone because of my neck. THEY have been harassing me for two years now and messing up my credit. I have decided to start a class action suit against them and start something on my own because I am not the only one that is going through this.  I cannot believe what they are doing to me. There is a lot more to this story than you can imagine. I have faxed them at least 100 times and they still harrassed me and did not take care of anything.  I figured out that they are robbing people.  Please, I wish someone would do something and help the people that are being robbed or I have decided to start a web site and collect info. from others and start a lawsuit.
