HSBC Retail Services PO Box 60107 Paid my payment and was penalized $39 Fees Charged Wilmington, Delaware

I got suckered by a TV store for a Mitsubishi TV with no interest for a year. The payment was $17 per month. For five consecutive months I paid $51 per month to get it paid within the 12 month period. I was late 7-10 days in making my $51 payment which is three times the required $17. I was required to make only about 5 payments I have made about 15 payment.

On my March statement I was charged $39 "Fees Charged" and $0.20 interest. I tlaked to Rob and explained that I have paid in excess of my contractual requirement. His reply "we do not do it that way". They thretened on their statement that my NO free interest loan could increased to the penalty apr 06 %6.80.

This is a snare and pedetory lending. They are way ahead of the game. They have no grace periods. My advise is stay away from HSBC. I was in a foreign country for a few weeks the HSBC charges were pornographic. Their bank charges are out of sight.

Stay away from this Bank and any retailer that uses them to promote their consumer loan service. It is a snare and the retailer is trapping his customers into a giant Chinese Dragon.
