Ideal Motors Tosh - owner Sell Lemon Cars and Lie! Hermitage Tennessee

 I had bought a car from Ideal before! Paid it off early and had problems but my husband was well known at the time. I bought a car in Feb from them with my husband who is now disabled, 2 sick kids and tell them I trust them just put me in a car that is safe for my kids, Tosh and Garrett are the two I've known and they told me " this is a great car nothing wrong but gas tank cap but we replaced it , drive up here one day we'll reset codes. Codes would reset!! It was 3 codes , none of which were gas cap! Left me and my children broke down on the interest are 2 months after that. I made payments while calling and sending letters . They refuse to fix car or trade for a safe car for kids, I told them at purchase I wanted warranty told me it was $345 for it I said ok never put it on. They wouldn't return phone calls then told my husband after 3 wks they would not do anything! I told them to come get it bc I paid almost $3000 for this 2500 vehicle and I couldn't spent 2000 more on fixing everything and payments. They never ran it through edmissions, they lied they don't care! I only talked in text to Brandy to have records from this point she told me Tosh said he'd come get it , I said you will have to let me know so you can get it, they come next day at 7 am after I was up all night with sick child! Tosh calls and yells at me and lies again saying he heard her tell me they'd come this am ..... How can the liar hear her tell me a text! I never talked to her on phone in 3 wks but by text! Please do not let them take advantage of you or your family! Untrustworthy ! Unreliable and Tosh word is not worth a dime! Ashame he has no moral compass and turns out there are several complaints similar! Check out the codes laws and bbb reports on ideal motors! Stay away an attorney will be seeking justice
