Ideal Wealth Builders Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account West Washington Utah

When I first noticed the withdrawal of $30 from my checking account I knew I had not authorized it. I am recently unemployed and watching my finances very carefully.

I called the number and was told I had reached Ideal Wealth Builders. I told him I had not signed up for any program and wanted a refund. He was pleasant and said a full refund would be forthcoming. He gave me a confirmation # and said he would also send me an email but I haven't recieved one. I called again the next day and reached another person who assurred me that the transaction was processed and he did send me an email while I was on the phone with all the information I wanted. I will not rest easy until the money is back in my account.
