Our Verizon phone bill listed miscellaneous charges of $29.95 + tax billed by ILD Teleservices on behalf of Liberty Online Services. Verizon indicates they are required to post these charges and refer you to ILD. ILD states that they are only a billing service and refer you to Liberty Online.

I cannot find any information on this company as to where they are located. We have never contracted with them for any services.

I tried to call the 800 number given by ILD and was not able to get through.

I had a "bill block" placed on my local phone bill by Verizon. I hope that will prevent future bills from ILD from appearing on my local bill.

Obviously, this is a national problem. Liberty Online is posting unauthorized charges throughout the country.

IOS Telecom San Antonio, TX I was charged by ILD Teleservices $5.00 (willingly) for two collect calls from my son, who had been mugged, injured and robbed on his bicycle.
