Imusicshare, comimusicshare ripoff, does not honor stated refund policy Internet

I began my request for a refund with the following e-mail:

When I signed up for imusicshare, I was already a member of limewire Pro, but did not realize that the download mechanism for imusicshare was also limewire. For this reason I am asking for a refund of my membership to imusicshare.

I received the following reply to my request:

I am sorry to hear that the program is now acting up on you...
I am sending you an excellent new and superior program, let me know what you think of it: http://www.imusicshare.com/pfds/MP3Rocket-Win-Pro.exe
Also, you can try the other 2 programs in the member's area and let me know how you do!

I did not ask for any other assistance in using theie program, but instead of honoring my request as their website says they will do, this was all they were willing to do.
