I was fired by Infocision 2/19/09. The Ohio Department of Unemployment has filed against them twice, saying that I was unjustly fired. I am a single mom who loved and needed that job.
Instead of them excepting the 2 different rulings from the state, they keep fighting it. This will be the 3rd review of my case. This company admittedly makes Billions of dollars a year. How can I keep fighting them? I hope that someone will eventfully pay attention to how they treat employees.
I was told by the trainer of my training class that Catholics don't believe in Christ. This was announce to the whole class during that training. I corrected her and she told me "be careful because something's could be used against you in the future." They messed and picked at me until I was fired. I was even suspend once for asking a question in public chat about rescheduling for a training. It was very common for my weight to be the subject of many jokes in public chat. These people are soooo far from being Christian. They have clicks and you are only promoted from within those clicks. How many black or minority managers do they have working in Corporate. Maybe someone should contact all of their Christian Clients and let them know what's really happening.
I am almost afraid to leave this posting. I realize that I am messing with a huge company that makes billions. But my God knows that I am telling the truth.

More of us need help too.

There are more of us that have worked there a long time that are being treated very unfairly right now that need help too. Can you tell me what the Attorney General told you by any chance? They moved our Work at Home division from Akron down to West Virginia and they all know each other down there, so theyare making sure that their people are getting all of the good files and those of us from up here are getting all of the files that they don't think people will volunteer from. When we don't get many volunteers, they are firing us. We need help to get this stopped. A lot of us are disabled and need our jobs, but, we don't need to be treated like garbage and have all of this extra stress put on us knowing that we are eventually going to be fired and there is nothing that we can do about it. I used to be on the bonus list all of the time when we were based out of Akron. I can't remember the last time that I was on the bonus list since Jan. 2013 since we were transfered to West Virginia. Something needs to be done NOW before the rest of us lose our jobs. Please someone help us.

I just received a letter from a local attorney asking if I want to be involved in a class action lawsuit against Infocision and I have also spoken to The Ohio State Attorney General about Infocision's practices!
