Infocision Management the company lies Campbell, Ohio

In regards to infocision management: this company lies to its workers ..  First if there is no work they send you home or report you off  . they say that they will pay bilinguals  additional money per hour but thatdoes not happen. They do not care how long you have been with the company when they fire you ;oh excuse me when they give an indefinnite suspension.Then they fight the unemployment benefits . the best one is that they send the cobra papers but, how can you pay close to five hundred dollars a month when you are unable to even recieve unemploymen benefits.. they do have their chosen klick groups that can do no wrong and they do not care if they come  to work high on drugs or alcohol. all that matters to them is the numbers  and the supervisors do not care how those numbers are achieved... they have fired workers that I have been told have not been able  to get unemployment benefits yes they are a huge company that can afford to do whatever they want  to do with there workers suspend them ,fire belittle them. They do offer benefits however many of the employees can not afford to get them. They do have a DR. on the premises but they charge the employees $30.oo when yhey should put them on some type of scale ...If they do not like a particular employee they will make thier life a living hell .. This is from a company that is christian based yea right.If you believe this . there are many labor laws being broken as they do require you to work on holidays if you don't you either get written up or are fired. the management needs to drug test more often without letting anyone know that this is going to be done because I assure you that they will be needing new workers including supervisors ....... former employee
