purchase a product call PCShowBuzz, I am unable to use the product. I purchase the product on 2/7/08 for 29.95. I can't GET anyone to respond to my email. I have attempted three time to contact the company, and no one has responded as of yet. I really don't have a lot to say but please let people know that if the site don't have a contact phone number and not registered with the BBB AND PROBABLY IS NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO PURCHASE.

I believe that there must be some kind of misunderstanding here. However, if you have read this post that I have written here. I do hope that you can contact me privately at my email address at jason@inklineglobal.com with the Subject title as "PC s****.>
I will personally do an investigation in regards to the email that you have sent to us in Feburary 2008. In fact, I have tried searching under your name Sheilia Byrd in our Customer Relationship Management, I could not pull out any record under that name.
If you may, please also provide some of the information in the email so that I can investigate and make the necessary action for you.
