Inkline Global ripoff Fraudulent billing on credit card after opening an e-mail from inklineglobal.com Internet
*Consumer Suggestion: Did you even approach the company about your problem?
Somehow this company was able to get my credit card info and make five separate charges on 12-11-06. My credit card company called me right away because the charges looked suspicious. No kidding! Of course I disputed the charges and saw credits on my account in January. So here it is February and the charges are back on my credit card!! Reverse Merchant Credits they call it. I did not buy anything from this company yet I am being billed $219.60 for nothing. Looks like I need to get rid of this credit card company as well. No more buying on the internet either!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Did you even approach the company about your problem?
AUTHOR: Jaycee - (U.S.A.)

Did you even try to contact the company to clarify matters? Its quite apparent that you have been a victim of credit card info theft. No one can just "get hold of your credit card information" that easily. There has been some cases in the news recently where some guy just grabs a person's credit card details, then does a test transaction on the first online store they find just to see if the card can still be used.
From your complaints it seems that you did not actually approach the company with your problems. With no information to go by except the original purchase and the subsequent chargeback request, the company can only come to the conclusion that credit card holder was trying to cheat them out of a free software purchase. You, the company, and the credit card merchant are being played for fools by the guy who stole your credit card, and you don't even know it.
The problem is, this will not affect the company anymore, but the same cannot be said of you since whoever got hold of your card still has it, and knows that it is still in use. Else in no time you'll be seeing all sorts of weird charges coming in on your card
