I think that order confirmation is auto generated email sent to customer whose orders are successfully processed. But if you examined carefully the content of the order confirmation, you can find there is a line stated:
" If you have any questions, please contact us via our website at : inklineglobal.com/support "
I think if you really need to contact them, you can go to their website and look for the contact. I have visited their website, and you can look for any support in the FAQ provided in the website. If you can't find any answer, you can click on helpdesk support for more assistance. It's pretty easy. SOmemore, they have a forum now. You can visit them at this site: forums.dyndns.dk/standalone/phpBB/index.php
You can always find their contact for tech or sales support in that forum too.
