I took a title loan with Instaloan due to the fact there was alot of them and seemed to be doing well. My first payment was due the 6th however due to my husband's nephew being shot I had spent the money to get him to TN. I begged bowoerred and did everyhting to get the payment togather...

now my husband had the paper work so I asked what the late fee was how much I had to pay. I was told it would be 260.00 instead of 240.00. I borrowed from families and in the meantime a young woman showe dup at my door saying she was from insta loan here becaus I had not paid. I was shocked. I had kept in contact every day with these people. Th woman called who she said was a manager and I tld her I intnded to pay today 260.00 once some money was wired to me. The woman then very rudely asked me who said I only had to pay 260.00? I told her the manager at the store. she said she might allow it if I paid before 6 pm.

I got there 5 :30pm and handed the 260.00 over. I then asked for a copy of my paper work. I then saw that per the contract they set up I was not to be charged late fee until I was 10 days passed due. I was 6. I was angry but told myself hopefully it wa a one time thing not to occur again.

The next month when I was called I told them I would be there and I showed up and gave him ( the manager )300.00

Oct. I am in shock and shaking like a leaf. I was called on the 5th to be reminded my payment was due and I told them my roomates care was broke down and I wasn't 100% sure if it would be fixed tomorrow while I was the phone the woman heard my roomate say the mechanic said it was a head gasket. She asked if I could get my payment by the friday I agreed I could get a ride easily then.

Oct. 6th I was called and didnt make the phone they then called my roomate and TOLD him they were from insta loan, per FDCP they cannot call back the same day after releasing their name. However I was called again and again went over the issue with the car and asking why my payment arraingement wasn't noted. I was told it would be listed.

Oct. 7 I recieve a call and don't answer it due to bipolar depression I was trying to remain calm to keep the stress away. Thent hey called my roomate and left a message with him.THEN on oct7th this woman debra shows up at my house pounding on the door demanding to know when I am going to make a payment. I told her i made arraingements for this and had no car. She calle dup a manager again who told me my car was in jepardy if I didn't come in and make payment arrengments.

I asked the woman if she intended to driv eme down herself to do ths and was told not thier problem. I comprimised and offere dher 200.00 because I had to break another large bill for 40.00 and she had no changfe on her. The manager was calld again and told wellshe would allow this one time. I tried to get a reciept and was told it woul dbe mailed. I demanded the woman write me a reciept she finally did after taking to the manager again. These people tell me I am a class 2 loan considered good credit and reliable payments.

I'd at the to think what they would do it i was less. This is causing my bipolar flair ups to be worse and I am becomeing paranoid. If anyone can help me I am willing to pay my loan but this seems like a horror movie I never know when someone is going to be pounding on my dor demanding money and now I'm afraid to go outside.
