Instaloan Charging an illegal interest rate in Florida, over 30% Miami Florida

 Hi, my wife and I took out a title loan through instaloan over six months ago, out of desperation. Needless to say the loan was for $1500 and we still owe over $1700, and are being charged above the legal interest cap of 30% in the state of Florida. We did not know this was an impossible loan to repay and are looking for any help that we can get, as the $275 monthly payment; which does nothing to the balance, has become a burden on us. The plan was to pay this small amount back in a timely fashion, but the balance never goes down and we can't afford to pay more than our payment just to stay in good standing.
