InstaLoan Scam artist, thieves and liars Kissimmee Florida

They are scam artist, they double and triple charge illegally.

We received our second titleloan approximately November of 2015.  Our first was paid off in less than 6 months and still accrued massive interest.  We were informed in February that our landlords were selling our home forcing us to move out of state.  We went into Instaloan Kissimmee location and weighed our options, because we would be out of state and couldn't make our payments at that specific location any longer.  We were told we had to take the car to another location where we were moving in order for them to assess rather we could make the payments there instead.  Realistically that was not possible due to the fact that the car would not drive 1000 miles to our new destination and financially we would not be able to ship it.  We were told by their employees that we could relinquish the vehicle with no penalty thus satisfying the remainder of the loan which we had already paid over half of what was due minus the interest.  Fast forward to the day we decided to drop off the vehicle, we were meant with attitude and rudeness and downright disrespect.  We invested well over $6000 into my vehicle and were put in a position to have to give it up with no other options.  Now all of a sudden InstaLoan tells us not only will we still have to pay for the loan (which they had already said would be satisfied), but that the full amount$1800 (including interest) was due and the payments we made are now m.i.a.  and that if I don't pay the loan it will go on my credit (which it has and -51 points have already been taken).  This is not an example of good business practices, we were lied to and scammed and not only have they gotten money from us, they want more and they also get money from the sale of the vehicle.  I am not sure where this is legal or how this is legal but they need to be stopped.
