Instant Tax Service Ripoff on instant and rapid refund loans Atlanta, Georgia

To Whom It May Concern:

It is tax season and I opted to work with Instant Tax Service, because they offered loans during the Christmas Season of up to 1,000. I wanted to buy presents for my family, as this was my 1st Christmas home, since I had returned
from Afghanistan. I am currently unemployed and a student. I live in Atlanta, with my disabled veteran husband and 4 kids. I went to the location at 2072 Campbellton Road, Atlanta, GA.

However, during my experience with Instant Tax Service, I have been consistently lied to about my refund, with regard to charges that the Tax Service has charged me. At first, they were charging me additional processing fees on top of the $200.00 that I got as an advance from my refund. They ended up charging me less, but in addition to these facts, they have lied about when I would recieve money from my refund. They have changed the date 3 times now from
the 15th, to the 18th, 19th and now possibly the 25th. They indicated that they would submit my information on the 15th, but they had not. They needed to ask me questions, but never attempted to phone me.

I have been up to their office 3 times today. Their customer service is horrible, I waited in the office for over 20 minutes to be told that they did not have my information regarding my combat pay. I am very frustrated because currently we have no money to pay our rent, car note and buy food. I am begging you for your assistance, because after serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, I just want to take of my family. I know that they are using deceptive business practices on the community to make a profit. 

I want them to be reported and stopped.
