Instant Tax Service Unprofessional ,employees unknowledgeable Essex Maryland

I went in to Instant tax service on Jan 14th with my last paystub for the tax advance. Was approved for 50 dollars and told my return would be in by Jan 25th. Was never informed that they were going to submit my taxes and couldnt give me exact numbers on the refund and could not tell me how much my taxes would cost to get done. Called multiple times to get information and the only person who had any information was the manager and all the other employees were clueless. Was finally given the information on the 20th and my return would be ready on the 25th.  The 25th came nothing. I called them they said check the website. I checked it and it said I should receive it on Feb 7 way later than the day I was told but I understand the IRS was having issues but wow. I then checked for my state return. They stated my return was approved on Jan 28 and I should receive the funds in 48 hrs well today is Feb 1 and I called the office and nothing!!! I called the bank that issues their money and could get no information except I should receive something this week. I have never had a problem getting my taxes done and this is just unacceptable
