I did my research and thought I had found a repitable company to help me out! I contacted Integrity Mortgage after going through a $60,000 custody battle in order to work on a loan modification. I was contacted many times at the beginning (it started in April) and paperwork seemed to be going well.

At one point I was contacted that Bank of America had to see that I was having a hard time paying my bills and so I should stop paying my monthly mortgage. Working with someone who I thought was trustworthy, I took their advice with their guarantee and committment that they would do the necessary paperwork and communication with BAC.

Things were going well, communication was happening and all of a sudden I tried calling my counselor at Integrity Mortgage to check on the status and was given an answering machine sayi9ng that someone would be getting a hold of me as she had recently been on vacation and upon returning was let go.

I attempted to call numerous numbers and email and all I get is sorry, can't connect. My house is now in foreclosure, I have 10 people in my family and am in danger of losing some of them because I do foster care. I CAN'T lose my children because a company has decided not to follow through on their promise to me.

Please HELP as I am in desperate need of trying to get this matter resolved so that I can keep my family together!!!!!!!!!!!!
