I was first contacted by 1st Financial (AKA Integrity Mortgage and Credit Solutions AKA M-4 Financial) in March of 2010. They led me to beleive that they were "100% certain that they could modify my two mortgages" So I went ahead and signed up for their program.

They have taken over $3,500 from me (through monthly withdrawals with an "escrow company" - Global Client Solutions) to date.

About June 1st, I began to wonder what was really going on with my "modification" and decided to call my lender directly. It turns out one of the loans could NEVER qualify for any modification EVER because it was not my homestead - not to mention it had not even been applied for by them- after 3 months of taking my money!!! The other "modification" was not in correct department with the bank. And, also there was not a program for my type of mortgage anyway! INTERGRITY HAS KNOWN THIS FOR QUITE SOME TIME, yet they still gladly kept taking my money and giving me the run around when I actually could get a hold of them.

So after hearing this from the lender, I called and left messages daily for a week (of course no one would answer the phone). In the mean time I called and cancelled the "withdrawals" with the escrow company - Global Client Solutions - and filed a formal complaint with them. They claim Integrity Mortgage and Credit Solutions were "processing" my refund and that it would take 6 - 8 weeks.

Finally, I get a return phone from a very unproffessional sounding "representative" from Integrity Mortgage and Credit solutions saying I was "rejected" for both refunds. When I pressed as to why they would not refund - AS PROMISED IN WRITING - he refused to discuss it and hung up on me!!!!

I have yet to get a hold of them since. Now one of their numbers is disconnected, the other they never answer nor return calls.

BE AFRAID. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!

I have filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General Fraud Department. Hopefully, they can retreive my money and put them out of business before they steal from any more unsuspecting "customers".

The worst part is they are taking advantage of people that have very few resources in the first place (behind on Mortgage payments, unemployed, etc)

SHAME ON THEM!!!!

I have since been contacted by this company and they have agreed to refund 100% of my money.

I will chalk this one up to a miscommunication between them and me.

They say I will have it in one week.

I will report back to this site when I receive the refund.

My initial report on them was written out of anger and should be disregarded.
