It states Special Announcement then under that in small print, This Announcement has been prepared by the prize award offices of the International Award Payment Center to confirm your eligibility to play as a Grand Prize Candidate in this skill competition. I cant read the signed name, but the anitials read A.T. Lee. I was asked to enclose a $9.00 fee and save $3.00 with cash, check(payable to IAPC), or money order (payable to IAPC) After it ask for my signature, it ask a question, 3. Qualifying Question (Answer Required) One bundle contains 500 $10 Bills. What would be the total value of 50 bundles? Check one box only: $550 or $250,000.
