International Library Of Photography : Picture.com Never received book and they took the money out of my account Owings Maryland

I submitted my picture to picture.com and shortly after I recieved an email stating that I was a semi-finalist and then a few weeks went by and then I recieved a piece of mail stating that my picture would be published in a book and that I could buy the booka t a discounted price of 69.99 per book and for an additional 25.00 I can put my own profile in there also. I ordered the book and sent in a check in July of 2008 and it was cashed in July also and I never recieved the book. I have tried to contact them several times and nobody would answer the phone line and I also tried to email them also and it kept coming back as undeliverable.

I finally sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in MD. I am just waiting on their response but I do advise people to call and leave a message with Jim Reed at 410-356-2000 ext 162 and let him know what is going on. I am almost positive that we will only be able to leave a message for him but I encourage everyone to leave a nasty message like I did and maybe we all can make a difference.

Also everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in MD also so that way they will know what is goign on with this company and how they are treating their customers and hopefully get them off the market and to let everyone kow that they are scammers.
