International Travel Network ASAPtickets.com / ITN International travel network On 6th, May 2015 I purchased a round trip ticket from Des Moines, IA to Accra Ghana which then my return date was on 7th August, 2015 unfortunate I had an emergency situation which unqualified me to fly on the date in questions, however, my spouse contacted International travel network customer services to acknowledge them of my situation and reschedule me for 18th August which they agree only if I could submit a supporting documentation from a doctor in other to mollifies my case which I did San Francisco California

On 6th May, 2015 I purchased an Airline round trip  ticket through International Travel Network (ITN),  for the amount of $1,345.40 from Des Moines, Iowa to Accra, Ghana my return date was on &th August, 2015 but unfortunate i ws unqualified to fly on the date in question due to a medical emegency. However, my spouse was contacted back in Iowa who the contacted both ITN and Lufthansa swiftly after my spouse spoke with botth ITN and Lufthansa he were told to submite a medical document that suppot my claim which we also did.Nevertheless, my spouse requested to resechudle my flight for 18th, August 2015 which Lufthansa Airline agree to after a small fees is pay to ITn which we also agree to while going through the process ITN then decided to withdrew its decision of resechudling me on 18th, August for unknow reason eventhou Lufthansa agree and had set avalable for me on the date in question. on 10th August at approximately 2:48PM while my spouse was  on the phone with both ITN and Lufthansa they acknowledge that there was two alternatives these two alternatives was either request a refound or accept a new flying date which was 3rd, September 2015 which my spouse accept to request our refund. afteret speaking with Lufthansa Airline representative on 10th, August 2015 at approximately 6;29PM my spouse were told to contact ITN for ITN to submite a waiver form to Lufthansa in order to receive my refund which up to this date ITN refusing to submite.
