Internet Speedway purchased $10 software how to increase internet sales. now they are billing me $70 /mo Mesa Arizona

I ordered their $9.95 software with my check card. i received the software and put it aside. 30 days have passed and they debited my checking account $70.00.

I called them to find out why the debit and they explained that if the software wasn't returned within 30 days that would be my ok to them to charge $70 monthly for 4 months for whatever services they offer. I requested to cancel the services and I would eat the first month for $70 but they said it's too late and that this would be deducted for the next 3 mos.

After my phone converation with the representive in the billing dept, I couldn't believe that there was no way out of this, even if I returned the software, even if my website was no longer up etc. I signed no paperwork but they claim all of the terms are with the package I ordered which I didn't read until now.

This is not the kind of company that should be allowed in this country. I have never gotten screwed like this. I can't believe this happened to me.
