IOBIT ADVANCED SYSTEM CARE, IOBIT TECH SUPPORT TECH SUPPORT NOT MICROSOFT CERTIFIED

i paid for advanced system care prp and it did not install correctly and it said on the site they offered free internet support to install it, Krystal hung up on me when I aould not pay for tech support so I called back and talked to Jermy another technition and when I called Krystal a B**** for hangin up on my, he told me if i was going to use such obcene words, he wanted nothing to do with me and would immediately refund my money, I do not know where he was brought up but to me the word B**** is far from obcene, I could have used much stronger word which begins with a c and ends with a t, but only used the word B****,  Every time I have used a Microsoft Certified Technition they all have removed all IOBIT software as they said it was malware, be careful using iobit for any software, just be warned, especiall there free software!
