First off as a former employee working here has been the most mis-managed job I have ever had. As far as the services they offer is not worth the money. More then half the people there don't know any thing about the products they are supporting nor how to fix computer problems. Customer service is horible. Customers get ignored. A lot of computers get diagnosed as a hardware problem when it is not at all. The sales are very bad about not telling you its a 1 time fix and signing you up for monthly fee. They use scare tactics also, telling you that if you dont get this "virus off your computer", really a tracking cookie which isn't malicious at all, that their computer will crash or that their bank account information will be stolen. Which is not true at all.
