I purchased a copy of MS Office 2010 from iStar Software in good faith and installed it on my new computer. They did provide a validation key within 3 days as promised but when I tried to use it, Micorsoft declarde it to be invalid. When I finally got to a real person at Microsoft I was told that the copy of the software I had been given was "blocked" because it had been validated before on several different computers.
I have had no luck so far in getting a response from iStar about how they will resolve my problem.

The company became more responsive when I told them I had posted a Ripoff Report and came up with a valid product key which Microsoft accepted. I hope others don't have to do as much as I did to get their software up and running.
