iStar Software Microsoft Software - Scam Walnut California

I purchased Microsoft Office 16 two weeks ago from this company - iStar Software.  

Their scam works this way;  they have you download a trial version of software - which anyone can download anyway.  You aren't paying for that, it's available for free through Microsoft.  You are paying for the product validation key, which enables it to continue working, and verifies that it is a legitimate software purchase.  They tell you that you will receive your Microsoft product validation key within 3-5 hours....but if you want to cancel your order and receive a refund, you have to do it within 2 hours.  So, before you even know that you have been swindled, it's too late to get a refund.

Two weeks later, still no validation key.  I am contesting the charge with my card carrier and cancelling my card because this is clearly not an ethical operation.

Don't bother purchasing anything from this company.  Donate your money to a charity, you will get more out of it then you will from this place.
