I moved into the Fairington Club Property off the recommendation of an acquaintance who currently lives at another Jai property. From the time I emailed them, I was impressed with their customer service and quick turn-around time from all parties I had been in contact with. Everything went downhill once I moved in on November 1st. I requested on November first in person (at the time of lease signing), three times via phone/voicemail and once via email over the past 3.5 weeks that my name and contact information is added into the call gate for when visitors visit and since there is assigned parking, how to handle a situation when others park in my space. As of today, 11/25 none of my call, text or emails have been returned. I also placed a service request to have my dishwasher fixed, since low and behold the first time I tried to use it, it does not work at all. That has been over a week with no response.

When speaking to residents of the Property, they advise me that the property has theft issues and that the power in the building I am renting, the power was out for two consecutive months and also a water main break for two weeks without any call back or consideration from this company

To say I am truly unimpressed with this Management Company is an understatement. I was even considering buying from them; however now I will ensure ALL not to waste their time and will be counting down my twelve months every day.

JAI PROPERTY IS NOT LICENSED PROPETY MANAGEMENT CO. IN GA

AUTHOR: Kim Parker - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, December 03, 2013

I understand your concern. I had rented a unti in Fairington Club too, from Jai Property Management. However, I only stayed for 2 1/2 months because I found out the unit at 5203 had cockroaches in there. They transferred me to another Condo in another community and that's when I found out that Jai Property Management is not a licensed property management company in the state of GA. They must be licensed to conduct real estate brokerage activitiy. You can fight back by signing this petition http://wh.gov/lBMaG; to stop companies that take properties through adverse possession and then charge residents of GA rent and then have the properties managed by an unlicensed property management company in TN.
