James F. Nichols Gave false information to me on a Child Custody Case. Layton, Utah

 I went to him in April 2011 requesting his services in getting custody of my 2 children from my ex-husband. I explain my situation and he agreed to take my case noting that "mine was a case every attorney dreams about."

I followed his advice and kept my children after my visitation was over because he told me I could. He told me jurisdiction is in California and my ex-husband couldn't do anything. I attempted to enroll them in school (per James).  He said keep them for 6 months, file for jurisdiction in Utah.

I followed his advice, after all, he is an attorney and knows the law.  When my court date came this month,

I was accused of kidnapping my children, claiming jurisdiction, and more. Not only did my children have to go back to an unhealthy and abusive enviroment, I got 2 days in jail for contempt action by court.

My ex-husband will not allow me to talk to my children and visitation will be on his terms.

Where was James? He stopped taking my calls in October and my emails in November.

He took advantage of my situation, and told me what I wanted to hear. I'm out $2400, and 2 children, whose lives will be destroyed.
