After our initial hearing (order to show case), James ahs refused to communicate with me in any way regarding my case.  He has not returned phonecalls/emails in over 4 months, and has failed to provide me with a single receipt/invoice/statement regarding my case.  I have complaints with 5-501/5-502/5-505/10-1003/6-601/6-602 with the BBB  I also have discovered that he's now no longer practicing law in Utah and has gone onto a new venture.  I have asked repeatedly for statements, documentation, or paperwork without receiving anything.  His blatant refusal to return my email and phone calls has left me no other recourse. (his current phone number is 801-557-3847, and address is p.o. Box 160133, Clearfield, UT 84016).  He has promised to set up mediation and has failed to do so.  He's asked for information that I have provided on numerous occasions and when I inquire, he restates that he doesn't have it.  I'm getting no where and I am frustrated that his refusal to even talk to me about the case has finally pushed me over the edge. 

He is a sham and scam artist and an incompitent laywer as well - beware.
